[Uses]
It is inter-addition-type antistatic
agent applicable for all kinds of polyalkene material to produce
antistatic PE and PP film, slice, container, etc. Especially
approciable for producing thin antistatic PE film.
[Usage
and Use Level]
It can be directly added into
resin. Better uniformity and effect are achieved if preparing
antistatic master batch in advance, then mixing with blank
resin. Decide appropriate use level according to the kind
of resin, process condition, product form and antistatic degree.
The usual use level is 0.5-1.5% of product.
[Package]
kraft paper-plastic film composite
bag lined with polyethylene bag, net weight: 20kg/bag; or
corrugated container, polyethylene small bag inside, net weight:
25kg/box.
[Storage
and Transportation]
aprevent from water, moisture and
insolation, timely tighten bag if the product is not used
up. It is non-dangerous product, can be transported and stored
according to the requirement of ordinary chemicals. The period
of validity is one year.
